Books
- Damaged or wrong item received: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns for books already delivered in good condition.
Print Service
- Quality issue on our part: We will reprint at no cost.
- Customer error (wrong file, wrong content): No refund once printing has begun.
- The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the print job has started.
